My service appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM. I arrived a few minutes early out of courtesy and respect for other’s time. The garage door for service was still closed at 10:00. At approximately 10:10 a staff person asked why was I there? I identified myself and said I was there for a 10:00 o’clock service appointment. It took several more minutes to move cars that were parked inside the garage bay. I have been to Forest City Honda on two other occasions. I call ahead and schedule my appointments. So I don’t understand why I was not in the system. Is it customary to get a wash and vacuum during a service appointment? More
