Sarah was my first contact and Wendy was the second. Both service advisors were pleasant, courteous and helpful. They responded to my request and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Wendy was able to get a replacement battery from manufacturer at no charge too me. YEAH. Thanks Wendy! I didn't buy this Honda from Forest City Honda just couldn't make a deal. They were very attentive and did a few extras at no charge. Service department is friendly and willing to look up my vehicle’s history to make sure I know what’s needed, and when.
