Staff was very friendly and full of knowledge on all asked questions. When I arrived at the Service Center, I very friendly Service Writer took care of my unidentified car issue right away (I did have an appointment). I brought the CR-V in for a tire rotation because I had forgotten that I had the tires rotated 2,500 miles earlier.
