Really happy with the friendly service representative’s explanation of the report & provided service. My only recommendation is to consider changing the policy of several oil change appointments being set explanation of the report & provided service. The car that pulled in directly in front of me was in and out in 20 minutes whereas I was checked out an hour later. Fortunately I had extra time that afternoon and received good tips for when to set appointments in the future. Overall very good experience. More

Chris was very nice and helpful when i took our Honda CRV for scheduled service. He explained very well any problems found while doing maintenance and offered honest opinion and valuable solutions. The service tech Wendy that I delt with was excellent I arrived at my appointment time and she got me right in. I'm from FL. And I have my service done here because I they have done me good before. But this time I had the radiator flushed and new antifreeze but I had to bring it back because I could smell antifreeze. Had they cleaned it up the first time I wouldn't have had to go back. To have them look to see if it was leaking. More

I appreciated the fact that the service manager offered me a loaner car when I brought my car in to be serviced as they were running behind schedule.
