Forest City Honda - Service Center

The Forest City Honda team is always helpful and accommodating. Yesterday, I was scheduled for an oil change at 3 p.m. but finished my errands in town about an hour earlier than planned. I called to see if they could get me in earlier and was told to come on. They took me in quickly and had cold bottled water and fresh popcorn in the waiting area. Excellent service! More

I usually give 5 stars for Forest City Honda. They are courteous and professional - and they were this time. I'm just a bit upset that they took almost 3 hours to put on 4 new tires. First encounter there. Small dealership but service staff were friendly and knowledgeable enough. The only small issue I had was the cost of the service. I had a great experience. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The woman who checked me in was kind and efficient and fun.
