We arrived at 6:15 pm on a Wednesday, and Chad had the car ready for us to inspect and test drive. The car was just as described, and as we worked with Chad and Vic to complete the details and paperwork, I was very impressed with their kindness and professionalism. They both stayed nearly 2 hours after closing to finish up the paperwork and get the car ready for us to drive home. I apologized for the lateness of the hour and they both told me they were happy to stay, and were glad to be of service. I was especially impressed with their attitude of service--we weren't buying an expensive car, but the way we were treated made us feel we could have been buying the most expensive car in their showroom.
