The car we bought is in great condition and it's one of the few times that I've bought a car and not felt like I was taken advantage of during the process. We have no "buyers remorse." Christi was helpful, responsive, honest and fair. She listened to our needs and worked with us on a solution. All of the costs were explained upfront and there were no hidden surprises. This was really a refreshing experience after recent visits to other dealers in Charlotte NC and Greenville SC. The closing process with the Finance manager was easy and straight forward. There were no surprises or high pressure sales efforts to purchase add ons that we didn't need or want. Easy in and out. More

We live in Durham and so it was particularly great that it was easy to work with him on the preliminaries from afar. Overall it was a really helpful and efficient experience. The car itself is gorgeous and in terrific condition. The prep work the dealership did in advance of the sale was really excellent. Charles Dabney did the financing piece and managed quickly to beat the deal we would have gotten from our usual lender. I would definitely work with Rob, Charles, and Foreign Cars Italia again. More
