Concierge service! Well of course the new car price was too high and my trade value was too low. In order for our transaction to be successful a few "out of dealership" projects needed completion. Clear bra, window tinting and moving my new Escort remote radar system from my trade and reinstalled it into my new purchase. Justin took the reins and orchestrated all the maneuvers required to accomplish this. And, he did it while requiring only one out-of-town trip for me. Not only did Justin save me a great deal of drive time but he set me up with local merchants who had been thoroughly vetted for their integrity working with highline cars. AND he saved me about $1,000 versus my own resources for doing the same work! Justin is just a rock-solid salesperson in terms of his commitment to customer satisfaction, great communications, and thorough follow-up and follow-through. Strongly recommended! More
