I called Vic to raise concern with vehicle inspection report I got from the local dealer. There are current issues with this vehicle which will cost me at least $3,200 for parts and labor to fix below list. 1. Oil Pan Gasket - $1,947 2. Replace both front out - $221 3. Passenger side and rear rim replacement needed as they are damaged - $1,000 (Approx) When I spoke to sales agent I was confirmed that if there are any major repairs your delaership will take care of it (I have proof in writing for the same). However, Vic denied it on the phone, which is very unprofessional. Attached herewith is our text conversation with you confirming that you will stand by this vehicle for 30 days even though there is no official 30 days warranty. I am also enclosing estimate that I received from BMW dealer to fix the issues mentioned above. Please give me a call to discuss best way to address my issues. ====================================================== I received below response Mr. Tam.., After speaking with Victor, I regret to inform you that we will not be taking care of the service estimate from Bimmer Performance Center. On the itemized breakdown, all of the mentioned components are classified as wear and tear items which are not covered under warranty.
