Micah Daught was phenomenal with helping me find parts for a Maserati Ghibli. All the parts were correct and he made sure I received them in a timely manner. As a Bentley owner, I wanted you to know how fortunate you are to have Scott MacDonald on your service team. I have dealt with numerous Bentley dealers, and I can assure you that Scott was the most gracio you are to have Scott MacDonald on your service team. I have dealt with numerous Bentley dealers, and I can assure you that Scott was the most gracious and knowledgeable service guy I have ever dealt with. There are times when Bentley service people can be even more snobby and arrogant than the customers they serve. Not in Scott’s case. He went totally out of his way to help me with any questions I had on a particular Bentley that you guys service and that I am interested in purchasing. He could have easily have blown me off but he did not. He spent the time and had the patience to walk me thru the car – for which I am extremely grateful. More

Our Spur required an extensive body and undercarriage repair and "Ryan" initially setup everything and began the parts supply chain process ~200 miles from the actual repair site. Along with Ryan, "Kyle" continued to coordinate and ship parts as they were determined to be needed. This "distance-repair" supply chain was seamless and quite impressive regarding the logistical challenges that were presented between Charlotte and Augusta. The Gentlemen's professionalism coupled with their congenial demeanor makes them excellent ambassadors for Bentley of Charlotte.
