I drove up from Greenville, SC with my 15yo son and his best friend yesterday. They are both enthralled with Ferraris and Lambos and Greenville does not have either of these dealerships. From the time that we walked into the dealership everyone was so friendly and genuinely took interest in showing them all of the super cool cars! Umberto went over and beyond the call of duty on this day! After giving them a grand tour of the Ferrari dealership he exposed them to Aston Martins and by far this was the highlight of our trip! Umberto rolled out the red carpet for these guys and now they have added Aston Martins to the top of their list!! Umberto genuinely wanted these boys to have a fun experience, as well as educate them on the history of the Aston Martins! I can honestly say that I have never had such a wonderful experience with a sales person when they knew that they were not making a sale that day. It was out of genuine kindness that Umberto gave his time and made this the most enjoyable day ever for two 15yo boys!! I also want to mention Caleb Boyles that also took time to share his journey within the car industry and answered lots of questions the boys had about Caleb's job.
