We finally came to terms on a car at the Greensboro location of the dealership, and the car was delivered the next day. The final sales terms and financing and purchase documents were all concluded in a calm, no-pressure situation. All very professional. In addition to Ray, kudos to Luis Pinto in finance and to the manager, Bob Pletcher.
