James Manfredi answered the phone and not only provided me with all the information about the car but also sent me the Car Fax report. He was very helpful without being pushy. Because of James, my husband and I decided to make the two hour drive to "just look" and test drive the Stelvio. James met us and answered all our questions. Because of James' knowledge and excellent customer service, we purchased the Stelvio and drove it home that day. About a week after our purchase, James called us to ask if we had any problems. I must admit I hate buying cars, but this was without a doubt THE best car buying experience we have ever had.
