Exceptional used-car buying experience with James and Team! I recently worked with James on the purchase of a pre-owned Porsche SUV. At the outset, I noticed that he seemed to be as friendly and helpful as I we I recently worked with James on the purchase of a pre-owned Porsche SUV. At the outset, I noticed that he seemed to be as friendly and helpful as I went through my discovery process on this used Porsche as I'd expect of him had my interest been in one of his new Bentley's or Aston's. As an out-of-state buyer unable to make time for a visit, he quickly returned the few calls I made, but more importantly, didn't hesitate a moment when asked if he could deliver the vehicle to a 3rd party mechanic for inspection. After doing so, he was quick and straightforward in his responses to close the deal, and provided exceptional service throughout the closing and shipping process, even ensuring a thorough delivery detail was conducted, and following-though on a few specific requests. The vehicle received was even better than advertised, and combined with James & Team's follow-through with closing paperwork and title, I feel confident that the few hundred I paid over market was well worth it. Bottom line: no matter what you are potentially driving off the lot today, James & Team seems to treat you like it may be a Mulsanne or DB11 tomorrow, and that's the right attitude to take in sales. Professionalism at its best. I was alerted with regards to a pre-owned vehicle by one of the automotive advertisement sites. I contacted the dealership, since the staff was busy w I was alerted with regards to a pre-owned vehicle by one of the automotive advertisement sites. I contacted the dealership, since the staff was busy with other clients the call was forwarded to Bob the General Manager to assist. (Impressive). Bob spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me discussing the car, and then transferred me to John Manfredi to show me the car via Facetime. John showed me the car, answered questions, researched the questions he did not have the answers to, got back to me promptly, we negotiated the price and made agreement on a fair number. I flew in from out of state, John picked me up at the airport, we arrived at the dealership, the car was fully serviced, fueled, detailed, and ready to go. Luis was efficient, had all documents ready, and was very professional. Perhaps the best car buying experience I have ever had. The level of client care, and service that all should aspire to.
