I had an overall amazing experience at Fordham Toyota! I went in to trade in my car which I couldn't deal with anymore and get into camery! It was such a smooth sailing experience! Out of the ten dealerships I went to, Fordham was the only one that didn't play games with the price by tacking on ridiculous fees and charges. What they quoted over the internet on my RAV4 XLE AWD is what they honored and their pricing was the best of all the dealerships I'd visited. The sales experience was efficient and I didn't need to sit and wait around forever like at other places. Heard about this dealership through a friend. She said they were good and they wouldn't try to take me for my money. Well I must say she was Absolutely right. I pull up in front of the dealership and Rand they were good and they wouldn't try to take me for my money. Well I must say she was Absolutely right. I pull up in front of the dealership and Randy immediately greets me with good afternoon how may I help you. They valet parked my car which I thought was great. I proceeded to go inside and was greeted by everyone. Which I thought was great. I sat down at Randy's desk and a young lady greeted me with a bottle of water which also I thought was great being that I was thirsty. Then a young man by the name of Jose came over to me to ask what was I interested in today. Which I then told him a Rav4. So here I am being taken care of by this two young men. They answered every question I asked. They told me about ever car or SUV I asked about. They broke down the payments for me for leasing or financing. These two guys made me feel like I knew them forever. They were very friendly and they answered EVERY question I asked. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like I did in other dealerships. They were fast and efficient which I thought was great being that I had just came from a Honda dealership and they had me waiting aound for 5 hours until I decided to leave. Then they took notice as i was walking out. I'm glad they took 5 hours and I walked out because I wouldn't have my beautiful 2013 Rav4 which I purchased thanks to JOSE CONCEPCION AND RANDY BONILLA.
