WORSE SERVICE EVER I went for just 2017 Toyota Camry maintenance at 235 W 154th St @ 9:55am for a 10:45am appointment. I was told the service will take an average of 20 minutes. After waiting till 11:30am without completing the service, I started my complain to the staff at the waiting room. He went and came back giving me hope it will be completed soon. At 12:20pm, I complained to Mr. Thomas Scholander, the Parts & Service Director, this man told me '' Stop putting pressure on me or else I will stop helping you''. I have never been talked to like that by any service provider. He said so many bad words as if he was talking to his child,nothing good came out of his mouth. They eventually finish my car at 1:15pm. I was late to resume my office and was given a warning letter due to their WORSE SERVICE. Thomas Scholander was a recruitment error, I was wondering how he became a director. He needs a comprehensive customer service training or should be working at the back end office where he does not need to interact with customer. He does not have any good words coming from his mouth.
