Marcos Pena is the man to see!!! HONEST! Easy to deal with! I had been to a few other dealerships with shifty salesmen, and big hidden fees, but when I got to Fordham Toyota, there was none of that. Marcos Pena was extremely friendly and honest from the beginning. He put me at ease right away and I felt like I was talking to a friend who wanted to help me, and not a car salesman. By the time I was working with Rosalba Santana to hammer out the final price, there was nothing forced or aggressive, and we both negotiated a very fair deal for both of us. She is extremely easy to talk to and I didn't feel any pressure from anyone from start to finish. I ended up buying my car with minimum time or hassle. All in about Few hours compared to other dealers where they have you there all day. I was able to use my own credit union for financing, and they never tried to pressure me to use their team. Jenry Castillo was also extremely easy to deal with and I would definitely go back for my next car. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a no nonsense experience and no hidden fees. Great Experience. The web page is saying I didn't buy the car...buy I did buy the car.
