Purchased Transit at Oregon dealership. First appointment In Ventura there was confusion over using reward points for oil change, so I paid, then called Ford as well as selling dealership. Service tech Mitch came out quickly when I arrived. Car was checked in quickly. Waiting room was clean and uncluttered, but no trash can and very cold.
