Excellent Customer Service I had an issue with my truck and was stuck without a vehicle. Without any notice I had it towed to Ford of Upland and they were very accommodating eve I had an issue with my truck and was stuck without a vehicle. Without any notice I had it towed to Ford of Upland and they were very accommodating even offering me a ride home. I expected to be without my truck for a day or two. Much to my delight I received a call later that afternoon saying my truck was ready. Here’s the best part, I picked it up and was told it was no charge due to warranty. I fully expected to be gouged for something but thankfully they were honest and fixed it free of charge. More

Ford airbag recall I was very pleased to know that ford did mobile on site repairs for my airbag recall. The dealerships were requiring me to leave the car all day makin I was very pleased to know that ford did mobile on site repairs for my airbag recall. I received a notice on my door from Daniel at the airbag recall team and he promptly came to make the repair. Very hassle free! I’m very pleased. More

The reason why i even had an experience with Ford of Upland was because the dealer where i originally bought my Edge does not perform diagnostic servi The reason why i even had an experience with Ford of Upland was because the dealer where i originally bought my Edge does not perform diagnostic services on Saturday, Ford of Upland does. Long story short, warranty covered major repair was needed and i was provided a loaner for the duration. Working with Kim was a great experience as she often touched base with me via text and provided answers to all my questions. For me, the circumstances of the repair needed was a bummer but the experience working with Ford of Upland was near hassle free. More
