Nice but unhelpful Rep was nice but my car was not repaired properly. Ford wants me to wait till my car falls apart or I injure someone before they are willing to fix a Rep was nice but my car was not repaired properly. I’ve had both sets of breaks replaced within 2000 miles of each other and unfortunately the front are still The customer service here is always great. I’ve had both sets of breaks replaced within 2000 miles of each other and unfortunately the front are still squealing as if they weren’t replaced. I was informed that the front brakes were the lesser quality (I used the coupon for MotorCraft) and the rear brakes are the better quality. a little sad that I wasn’t informed of the difference when I came in for the front. Quick, easy and more than I expected I had an appointment and showed up almost an hour early, they still took me in right away. I walked next door to go to the gym for an hour and by the I had an appointment and showed up almost an hour early, they still took me in right away.
