Nice but unhelpful Rep was nice but my car was not repaired properly. I was informed that the front brakes were the lesser quality (I used the coupon for MotorCraft) and the rear brakes are the better quality. a little sad that I wasn’t informed of the difference when I came in for the front. Other than that all was well. More

Quick, easy and more than I expected I had an appointment and showed up almost an hour early, they still took me in right away. I walked next door to go to the gym for an hour and by the I had an appointment and showed up almost an hour early, they still took me in right away. I walked next door to go to the gym for an hour and by the time I was done working out my truck was out front, washed and oil changed completed! Ford of Upland Is Awesome!! After dealing with the nightmare of Sunrise and Citrus Ford’s service department, I tried Upland and I’m so glad that I did.
