Kim is fabulous! I have had connection with Kim as my Service Person for several years, now. I generally talk to her prior to coming in, to find out what will be done I have had connection with Kim as my Service Person for several years, now. I generally talk to her prior to coming in, to find out what will be done, so I can plan my day. Generally, we agree on a time, and I show up (that's important to everyone). It was a Very Busy Tuesday, but the estimated time was expanded by only a few minutes (I was marked as a "Waiter". … Sometimes, when the service is just an oil change, other things are checked. If there is something I don't want done (for instance a tire rotation in this case, because my tire rotation comes with my purchase which wasn't at Ford), it is carefully placed on the order, and the request is honored. One time, I asked about a wash, and now, it is shown on the order to begin with (nice, this time, because I needed to change my tags - didn't have to do the wash myself). … Earlier in the year, my battery died (on a Saturday), and I was able to have the Auto Club jimmy the connections to start it so I could get to the Sevice Center. Kin not on duty on a Saturday, but the person who served me agreed with me that diagnostics would be a waste, and I simply purchased the battery, and was out in an hour. Nice job Upland Ford! More
Gets the job done I was there to get my car serviced for the Air Bag recall. Signing in my car was easy. I felt welcome. On the phone with customer service I was told I was there to get my car serviced for the Air Bag recall. Signing in my car was easy. I felt welcome. On the phone with customer service I was told the recall covers a one day rental, but when I asked for it - I was told I would get shuttled instead. My preference was the one day rental. I appreciate the general inspection they provided and that they did it at no cost to me. However, my center console on my dashboard was broken somewhere in the process. One hinge is not in its place or broken and it does not pop open like it used to. It was not in the condition as it was when I dropped it off. I hope future service is more gentle/aware so future cars don't leave with broken features. More

Your better than Sunrise I had an issue with my vehicle from the day i bought the vehicle so i did what anyone would do contacted the dealership and asked for help.. Long stor I had an issue with my vehicle from the day i bought the vehicle so i did what anyone would do contacted the dealership and asked for help.. Long story short after three months of effort which failed every time. I was initiating the Lemon Law deal but I tried one last thing before following through asked Upland to check out the issue and the service adviser said we can look at it a i am confident we can fix it.. So I told him lets try and during the paperwork process a tech came in so the service adviser said i got a good one for you. Once the adviser told him what the issue was he began to check the computer to see what had been done and in review said the followed what was believed to be the issues so anyway they took the vehicle back and within an hour of the vehicle being taken back they called me and said your car is fixed so I wondered how.. So with everything that happened replacements and reviews. The Upland Ford Tech discovered a fuse issue once he adjusted the fuse as needed my Vehicle was fixed and saved. Sunrise didn't check or pay attention to detail unlike the Tech at Upland this is the second time you team was able to fix something that Sunrise was not able to figure out.. I am now an Upland Ford Service Customer. More
