service took car in for 37000 mi service. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A LEAK IN ONE OF THE STRUTS. Was told to bring car back on Wednesday to fix leak which I did. T took car in for 37000 mi service. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A LEAK IN ONE OF THE STRUTS. Was told to bring car back on Wednesday to fix leak which I did. Then I received a text from Hugo saying there was no leak, one of his mechanics mistook tire dressing for a leak... REALLY... I now question the capability of your mechanics.. Also my time wasted to take and pick up car!!!! More

seems very unorganized while you still have custody of my car - some 3+ weeks now - in for a new engine under a warrantee repair - you haven't kept Hertz alerted to these ne while you still have custody of my car - some 3+ weeks now - in for a new engine under a warrantee repair - you haven't kept Hertz alerted to these new estimates to complete the repair. I have received several calls from Hertz wondering where their car is? Now today, I was told by the service group to come in and exchange my current loaner car. I don't know why I can't simply keep the loaner, and I hope this car exchange doesn't take 3 hours like it did to simply drop off and receive a loaner on the first day. Apparently Hugo, my service guy, had an accident last weekend and has been out all week. But did anyone take over? My care was supposed to be ready last week and now I was told yesterday it'll take another couple of weeks. More

Caring I have gone to other ford service centers in the past, and there is no other service places like ford of upland. They care for you, they make sure tha I have gone to other ford service centers in the past, and there is no other service places like ford of upland. They care for you, they make sure that your need and want and meet with the highest expectation everytime. The employees, they treat you like they want to know you, and that is how customer service should be, wanting to be there for the customer every step of the way.
