Then I received a text from Hugo saying there was no leak, one of his mechanics mistook tire dressing for a leak... REALLY... I now question the capability of your mechanics.. I have received several calls from Hertz wondering where their car is? Now today, I was told by the service group to come in and exchange my current loaner car. I don't know why I can't simply keep the loaner, and I hope this car exchange doesn't take 3 hours like it did to simply drop off and receive a loaner on the first day. Apparently Hugo, my service guy, had an accident last weekend and has been out all week. But did anyone take over? My care was supposed to be ready last week and now I was told yesterday it'll take another couple of weeks. More

The employees, they treat you like they want to know you, and that is how customer service should be, wanting to be there for the customer every step of the way. Kim who was my service advisor, she was is always helpful and she always has wonderful weather (smile) even though she is going through a rough day.
