Work not done successfully. Second time in for turbos. The fleet manager can fix my friend's truck with literally exact issue. Regular customers seem to get the run around. Empty Promises I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM for an oil change. Car wash was offered with oil change. Service person texted car was complete at 10:15 AM but needed I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM for an oil change. Car wash was offered with oil change. Service person texted car was complete at 10:15 AM but needed more work, but was waiting for car wash to finish. I texted back asking how much the additional services would cost. After no text back for 2 hours, I called service person and left a message. After another hour, I called the service office. They contacted Kim but she was with a client and asked if she could call me back after she was done. I waited 2 more hours. I called the service office again and had them find out how much the services would be. I approved the services with the front office. My car was finished 10 minutes before closing. I picked up my car at 5:55 PM and my car was dirtier than when I left it there. The lack of communication was utterly frustrating. They have texting services to make communication about services easier. However, it is extremely difficult to reach anyone there. More

The service was great I brought in my car because the engine light was on. I was told to see Steve Martinez, he was so knowledge, helpful and kind. Didn't fix it want more money Air-conditioning wasn't working, they said they fixed it cost $600. Next day wasn't working again and wanted $2300 to fix it.
