We took my daughter's 2001 Mustang in because it was running rough while accelerating. I had listened to it and suspected an exhaust leak but my wife did not want me to tell the service advisor my suspicion because she thought they would “fix” an exhaust leak even if there wasn’t one. They diagnosed the problem was in the flywheel and pressure plate and since the car has 124,000 miles on it I thought it was reasonable that it could need a new clutch. They had the car 12 days because the parts had to come from back east. They did absorb the cost of a new flywheel since they felt there was still a problem after resurfacing the existing one. When we got the car back it was slightly better but the main noise was still there. Looking at the invoice they listed an exhaust leak in the manifold so I called the service advisor to ask why he did not point that out to me. He claimed he told me over the phone but since that was my original suspicion I think I would have heard it. Granted their telephone service is so poor maybe it was mentioned and I did not understand what he said. We took it back in for the exhaust leak and it took them another 2 days to identify a cracked manifold, 4 days to order the part, and 2 days to install it. More

Blown tire replaced quickly. I had a blowout on a tire that was only six months old. I called Ford of Upland and was told that those tires were not in stock. Mario, my service adv I had a blowout on a tire that was only six months old. I called Ford of Upland and was told that those tires were not in stock. Mario, my service advisor, quickly searched and found a tire nearby and had it delivered the very next morning. The tire was replaced and we were back in business by 1 o’clock the very next day. Adequate Service I got a simple oil change. For my F150 and it was done in a reasonable 2 hours. Not to long for a dealership and the price was good. One of the brand I got a simple oil change. One of the brand new sales advisors who came from Nissan I believe by the name of Eric had great attitude and customer service compared to some other members who you can see wallow around. The only complaint I have for this dealer is the very poor car washes they provide for vehicles. I’ve taken my vehicle as well as other vehicles here to this dealer ship and the courtesy upon request car washes are very poor. I didn’t even ask for a wash after this service and I had dried dirt on my truck from what looks like a dirty wet rag all over my hood. And on black vehicles that’s a no go. Scratches the paint. More
