From the very moment we stepped onto the premises we were greeted with smiles and attentiveness. We were not pressured and were allowed to test drive the various vehicles we were considering. We ultimately purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger and LOVE IT. We were primarily helped by Hakim Rahim who was beyond excellent. Hakim is the type of person you wish you would encounter everywhere in the world when you need help. Throughout the entire transaction Hakim was patient, informative, and extremely helpful. Hakim knew every feature on every car that we had questions about. At no point did we question if we had the right salesman working with us. Hakim's knowledge of the vehicles he was selling (New and used) was impressive. Hakim genuinely cares about his clients and made our experience with Ford of Upland the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. Additionally, we were helped by Christian Yousef with the return of our former lease. Christian was a wonderful honest young man.
