When I brought my car in, Robert promptly helped me out, gave me what was needed and then let me know of things I may need to do in the future but not right away. Being able to prioritize my repairs and service made me feel comfortable and reassured that I was not going to be ripped off. Robert stayed in communication the whole time my car was in the shop, let me know they could not find one of the issues I came in with. I requested that they drive the vehicle some more to possibly get the sound to happen. He was very kind in obliging my request. Thanks Robert! You give Ford Service a good reputation! More

Service, no communication Usually, I get good service from Ford of Upland. I have a 2015 Fusion plugin hybrid. Fortunately, I have an extended warranty. My check engine lite Usually, I get good service from Ford of Upland. I have a 2015 Fusion plugin hybrid. Fortunately, I have an extended warranty. My check engine lite came on a couple of weeks ago. They had my car a few days, because it was a transmission pump. That worked out ok. About 8 days later the lite came on again. I take the car in on a thurs. Monday, I have heard a word. After calling and asking for the owner, I find out it's the same problem. The replacement pump was a bad one from Ford. Fortunately, my warranty allowed me to get a loaner from Hertz, but I missed the gas mileage from my plugin hybrid. The car was ready late Tues. I was glad to p/u my car early Wed. Hertz gave me a 2019 Chrys. 300, but my plug in was sorely missed. More
