I called the ford dealership in AZ and was told that they did not have the so I have been a customer for 7 years. When I got my recall it was in AZ. Truly personable and a regular human being; not some zombie behind a key board. She was explanatory in providing me information regarding work to be performed under a factory recall, as well as all services performed during my oil change. She was kind enough to keep me updated regarding time of completion, giving me advanced heads up, rather than letting my completed vehicle sit all afternoon.
