BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE We went into Ford of Upland prepared for high pressure salesman and every other nightmare you usually encounter in car dealerships. From the very mome We went into Ford of Upland prepared for high pressure salesman and every other nightmare you usually encounter in car dealerships. From the very moment we stepped onto the premises we were greeted with smiles and attentiveness. We were not pressured and were allowed to test drive the various vehicles we were considering. We ultimately purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger and LOVE IT. We were primarily helped by Hakim Rahim who was beyond excellent. Hakim is the type of person you wish you would encounter everywhere in the world when you need help. Throughout the entire transaction Hakim was patient, informative, and extremely helpful. Hakim knew every feature on every car that we had questions about. At no point did we question if we had the right salesman working with us. Hakim's knowledge of the vehicles he was selling (New and used) was impressive. Hakim genuinely cares about his clients and made our experience with Ford of Upland the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. Additionally, we were helped by Christian Yousef with the return of our former lease. Christian was a wonderful honest young man. His customer service exceeded our expectations and he followed through with every assurance he made. Christian called us throughout the entire process and gave us updates on issues we were experiencing regarding the lease. He made the transaction as smooth as possible and we had no surprises. Thank you for your honesty and keep being the nice man that you are. We also need to extend our thanks to Robert in the finance department. Robert was very thorough regarding the contract signing, patient, and answered every question we had. Ford of Upland earned our business now and in the future.
