When I came back to pick up the truck, and signed for services I was just left alone to wait. No one directed to where to go for the truck. The truck was parked by an attendant and as my first time there I didn't know when to go get it or if they were going to hand me the keys. Figured it out once I saw someone else do it. I would have liked a brief explanation of the recall work that was done to my truck, at least show me what was done. But instead I had to go online to look it up. Again a great start, but lacked the follow up touch at the end of the process. More
