The evening before, the sales guy said he couldn't make i We wanted to purchase our car as the lease was almost up. Arranged a meeting time to do it. The evening before, the sales guy said he couldn't make it due to another customer commitment, but his colleague could help an hour later than planned. Ok, no problem. Arrive there 10 minutes before the rescheduled time, and told the second guy is busy with another customer, ok, we wait, and wait, and wait. Eventually after 45 minutes ask for someone, anyone, to be able to help us. Finally get a guy that helps, but the entire visit there was nearly 3 hours from when we arrived as had been agreed, to when we got to drive away! We didn't even need financing and were paying the car off by check. The second guy that was supposed to meet with us never even asked if we were waiting for anyone, as he walked past various times (we only recognized him as I looked on the dealer website for his picture). The original/first guy never even reached out to make sure things had gone smoothly. The icing on the cake was I had to chase up to get the pay off paperwork submitted to Ford Credit 11 days later! Service department there is cool. Sales sucks. More

Bad service I took my car for an air bag recall . Steve said it had an engine light on I told him it might be from bbk shorty headers . He said if I didn't have carb sticker it was not legal . I told him it was legal all you had to do was take the time to look on the website ! When I told him a friend of mine always takes the time to check website he assumed I was getting done illegal . He was pretty rude . I ended up getting the works were they are supposed to top off fluids and change oil . No tire rotation and I asked six times for a car wash . They never wash your car here it happen the last time also. The only time I've been there is for recalls they should try to make visits more friendly especially if you get additional services! More
