I went in for a used vehicle and ended up with a great deal on a new vehicle. The manager himself (George) came out and offered me a better deal with the new vehicle I purchased versus the used vehicle (which was a beautiful car) that I almost purchased. All the folks that helped me from selecting the car to financing it went above and beyond my expectations. This is the second time within the past 7 months we have come here and bought a vehicle. Both times we left completely satisfied and impressed with the customer service we received. I will recommend anyone who needs a vehicle to go see the folks at Upland Ford. When I brought my car in, Robert promptly helped me out, gave me what was needed and then let me know of things I may need to do in the future but not right away. Being able to prioritize my repairs and service made me feel comfortable and reassured that I was not going to be ripped off. Robert stayed in communication the whole time my car was in the shop, let me know they could not find one of the issues I came in with. I requested that they drive the vehicle some more to possibly get the sound to happen. He was very kind in obliging my request. Thanks Robert! You give Ford Service a good reputation! More
