Decent repair work but bad service advisor When a service advisor is doing multiple jobs, customers will be affected by longer waiting times after repairs are completed. If you are waiting for car to be have oil changed, you better stand outside and check when your car is done and let someone know, otherwise your vehicle will sit wherever mechanic parks it until the service advisor happens to come back to his desk and notices paperwork left by mechanic. When you question their process they get an attitude and make up excuses for their lack of organization. More

Great overall result albeit a little slow as they were busy Service was great and polite. They were a bit late and slow as I had a 3:30 appt but was not really assisted until 4 and then the service they said w Service was great and polite.
