Excellent service! I had my oil changed at Quick Lane in Rancho Cucamonga. The technicians found that my F 150 had an oil pan leak. Experience at Ford of Upland I had not been happy with Ford of Upland since my last purchase there, especially the service department! However, on this visit, I was treated with a lot of positive attention under what I found out is new ownership. Brandon, the young man who sold me my car, was honest, attentive, and very helpful in me deciding to buy a car recently. Other salesmen gave me a pep talk on certain features that " came with the car". Unfortunately, they led me to believe these features were "included" in the price. It was not until I went home and read the contract, that I discovered I was being charged $1200 extra! I was only allowed to cancel one of them. More
