Typical Service from a Dealership I've learned that the general level of service provided by every dealership I've dealt with is the same and it's unfortunately NOT excellent. The rev I've learned that the general level of service provided by every dealership I've dealt with is the same and it's unfortunately NOT excellent. The revolving door of service people is unfortunate because it doesn't allow the service department to develop a relationship with the customers. The only person at Upland Ford who is still there is Eric, who is great, but I have only been serviced by him once. I would recommend that the service people be coached on communication. I would have left a better review if I had received better communication. More

Reliable but slow I believe the technicians do a good job here, and all of the service people I have worked with are very nice, but service is very slow, and I feel as I believe the technicians do a good job here, and all of the service people I have worked with are very nice, but service is very slow, and I feel as though I have to keep calling to check on my car or I will get forgotten. Even when I make an appointment, it takes hours before I get the first update on my car, and that is usually only because I call about it. Often, they will tell me that they have to order a part and it will take a day or more, but my car is a Ford, shouldn't they either have Ford parts there or have fast access to them? Also, there are signs everywhere saying to ask for a car wash if you want it, and I always ask for it, and I never actually get my car washed. When I am ready to pick my car up and it's not washed, I don't really want to wait around longer for them to go back and wash it, so I don't bother, but why offer the service at all if you aren't going to actually wash the car? More
