Bad experience with upper management We took our truck there for an oil change and everything went great until it was time to pay. Tried to use an advertised special that was mailed to us We took our truck there for an oil change and everything went great until it was time to pay. Tried to use an advertised special that was mailed to us with ford of upland on the advertisement and no expiration date under the oil change special. The price advertised was $79.99 and you can understand my pregnant wife’s surprise when she went to pay the bill and the total was $145.94. When the manager came over to explain the difference and why the advertised price didn’t apply, (same service as advertised, oil change only) he stated that the flyer came from Ford Motor Company and it was not from ford of upland. The manager was very rude and being 8.5 months pregnant, with a 3 year old tagging along, she paid the outrageous price of almost double the advertised price. We will make more money the honest way but ford of upland will never make another dollar from us! More
