Poor Customer Service. On Friday August 16, I called and asked to speak to the Service Manager. I was transferred to Erics voice mail. I asked him to call me. Two hours late On Friday August 16, I called and asked to speak to the Service Manager. I was transferred to Erics voice mail. I asked him to call me. Two hours later I called and left a message again. Called again and was transferred to Directer Marks voicemail. Today is Tuesday, August 20, and still no return call. So I decided to call Citrus Ford. Their Manager was very nice and told me I could bring my vehicle Saturday. The Service Advisor, Enrique was very nice and answered all my questions. He called Monday afternoon as he said, told me what the problems were with my vehicle and gave me good advice regarding the repairs. I will not be using Ford of Upland again. More
