Tried to use an advertised special that was mailed to us with ford of upland on the advertisement and no expiration date under the oil change special. The price advertised was $79.99 and you can understand my pregnant wife’s surprise when she went to pay the bill and the total was $145.94. When the manager came over to explain the difference and why the advertised price didn’t apply, (same service as advertised, oil change only) he stated that the flyer came from Ford Motor Company and it was not from ford of upland. The manager was very rude and being 8.5 months pregnant, with a 3 year old tagging along, she paid the outrageous price of almost double the advertised price. We will make more money the honest way but ford of upland will never make another dollar from us! More

I want to commend two members in particular: Moe Rajput and Benny de la Rosa. I think it is very important that management and owners of this dealership are made aware of the hard work and dedication that particular employees such as Moe and Benny execute at your dealership. I had to visit Ford of Upland twice. The first time I was there it had taken me 2 hours to get to Upland and 3 hours to return home!!—and while someone else might have been ok with just letting me go and not attempting to make a sale; the fact is, Moe and Benny took the initiative to contact me a few days later and worked arduously to make sure that my needs were met and just as importantly that a sale was made on behalf of your dealership. Moe and Benny were both courteous and professional in developing a win-win deal that benefited all. In addition, I would like to mention the girl in Financing—Kimberly Beck? —She too has very courteous and friendly during that phase of my purchase. More
