Excellent customer service Had an issue with factory lug nuts on Ford Fusion during tire rotation. A known problem to Ford for years but still won’t recall. Bill at Quick Lane Had an issue with factory lug nuts on Ford Fusion during tire rotation. A known problem to Ford for years but still won’t recall. Bill at Quick Lane in Upland replaced all lugs without a hassle. Now that’s customer service that keeps customers coming back. In fact I take my wife’s Hyundai in as well for service instead of dealer. Only place I recommend! More
