Awesome service as always Once again Kim gets 10 stars. Excellent customer service Had an issue with factory lug nuts on Ford Fusion during tire rotation. A known problem to Ford for years but still won’t recall. Bill at Quick Lane Had an issue with factory lug nuts on Ford Fusion during tire rotation. A known problem to Ford for years but still won’t recall. Bill at Quick Lane in Upland replaced all lugs without a hassle. Now that’s customer service that keeps customers coming back. In fact I take my wife’s Hyundai in as well for service instead of dealer. Only place I recommend! More

Do not come here for service and don’t buy a Ford. I came here to get an oil change and to see why my back up camera was cutting off intermittently. The porter was pleasant, the service guy I had Ste I came here to get an oil change and to see why my back up camera was cutting off intermittently. The porter was pleasant, the service guy I had Steve needs better training on customer service. I had to ask what the prices are for the oil change and what is the difference but I forgot to ask if there was a charge for looking at the camera. When my car was ready I go to pick up the vehicle and I’m being told that just to figure out that the camera is a software issue it’s going to cost me $110. Not once did Steve tell me that there would be a diagnostic fee let alone a $110 fee just to put the car onto a computer. This is the biggest rip off. Seriously, it’s not like I’m driving a high end car it’s a Ford. Other dealers will tell you what the fee will be for a diagnostic check on the car but this dealer if you don’t ask they don’t tell. Shady way of doing business. Again, the porter was wonderful and the cashier was really good pleasant even though I semi-freaked our about my bill. More
