Replace 2 diesel batteries Did an excellent job /. Difficult because of rusted battery box bolts. Service jumped on problem, but frozen bolt meant had to hold over. 1st oil change for my Ford Edge I had no appointment. I needed an oil change and I brought my car to Ford after dropping my kids off at school. "Problem not solve, Simple oil service took all day" This last car service visit was not the best experience. The outcome of the appointment to inspect a noise coming from the front of the car when turni This last car service visit was not the best experience. The outcome of the appointment to inspect a noise coming from the front of the car when turning the steering wheel left or right did not even got inspected. I scheduled the appointment @ 9:30 am and by 5:00pm the only thing they had completed was the oil change. Also, I requested a car wash and did not got it. After all that they told me I needed to leave the car overnight so that they could continue inspecting the problem with the noise but I just went to pick up my car because i couldn't leave it overnight.
