Good service The last few times I went to Upland Ford I had left very disappointed. All the guys working were very pushy and tried to tell you what you needed. They still have some of those people there but luckily I was able to work with Bassem. He was extremely nice and didn’t push anything like some of the other associates. Awesome Service After receiving horrible service at sunrise Ford in Fontana I decided to give Ford of Upland a call I spoke with Kim , she was great over the phone p After receiving horrible service at sunrise Ford in Fontana I decided to give Ford of Upland a call I spoke with Kim , she was great over the phone put my mind at ease and booked me a service appointment to have my sunroof checked out . When I got there at 730am I was greeted good morning by several worker all with smiles . I was directed where to wait and that someone would be with me shortly . And sure enough less than 10 min wait and Hugo called my name and greeted me good morning . He Took my information I gave him my paper work . He gave me a estimated time based on what might need to be done with my car . I was also given a ride home and that man was very nice as well . Through the next couple of days Hugo stayed in contact with me and gave me updates about the progress of my car . Was even ready to have a loaner car for me if I needed it I got my car back the day he said I would . Thank you to everyone there . Keep up the great work . I will definitely be back to Ford if Upland !! More
