If You Want To Wait I tend to 'Wait' when it's a simply service visit. Nice chairs, nice conversation; sometimes the TV is on. Oh, yes. water, and probably coffee is available (I don't do coffee, so not sure about that). Mostly, I come in to Upland Ford because Kim is fantastic! More
Ridiculously slow service Unfortunately this experience only reinforced my wife’s distrust of mechanics. We took my daughter's 2001 Mustang in because it was running rough whi Unfortunately this experience only reinforced my wife’s distrust of mechanics. We took my daughter's 2001 Mustang in because it was running rough while accelerating. I had listened to it and suspected an exhaust leak but my wife did not want me to tell the service advisor my suspicion because she thought they would “fix” an exhaust leak even if there wasn’t one. They diagnosed the problem was in the flywheel and pressure plate and since the car has 124,000 miles on it I thought it was reasonable that it could need a new clutch. They had the car 12 days because the parts had to come from back east. They did absorb the cost of a new flywheel since they felt there was still a problem after resurfacing the existing one. When we got the car back it was slightly better but the main noise was still there. Looking at the invoice they listed an exhaust leak in the manifold so I called the service advisor to ask why he did not point that out to me. He claimed he told me over the phone but since that was my original suspicion I think I would have heard it. Granted their telephone service is so poor maybe it was mentioned and I did not understand what he said. We took it back in for the exhaust leak and it took them another 2 days to identify a cracked manifold, 4 days to order the part, and 2 days to install it. More

Purchased a new Edge Love my new Edge, its wonderful. Eco boost does have a bit of a jolt to it at stops, otherwise it's great. I would totally recommend this dealers Love my new Edge, its wonderful.
