Really disorganized and kept trying to push me to finance after I told them I'm cash paying. Actually was trying to fill out credit application without my approval. Really disappointed. I absolutely love my new Mustang convertible. Everyone at Ford of Upland was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Put a deposit down and ordered a new truck. F350 Tremor Lariat sport packages etc. Was told it would take 2-2.5 months. After 3 months and no contact from Upland Ford. I re-established contact with the or Lariat sport packages etc. Was told it would take 2-2.5 months. After 3 months and no contact from Upland Ford. I re-established contact with the original sales person. Gave him my number and he said he would text me. Never happened, so 6 weeks later I show up to cancel my order. The sales guy asks me what I ordered, I told him. He says it’s here, nobody called you. xxx are you serious with me right now. The only reason I didn’t cancel was because it was there.! And it was exactly as I ordered it. More
