I called them to see how I can come and do a buy out of my lease. But, when I called back to set up the time he told me that his manager have said they changed their mind and I need to drive to them. To me this is very unprofessional!! Staff and the purchase went well. I ordered Mach E online in 6/2021. The dealer accepted the order online. In January 2022., I finally received a notification that the vehicle was on the way to the dealer. I followed the instruction and the order online. In January 2022., I finally received a notification that the vehicle was on the way to the dealer. I followed the instruction and completed the purchase online through Ford Credit. The instruction from Ford.com was to wait for the call from the dealer to sign the paper and pick up the car. The call came a couple days later. Upon arrival at the dealer, the manager and salesperson team told me that they would not honor the online agreement. We had to go through 3 hours of typical car dealership bargaining session. They checked my credit report twice more using my social security number and therefore lowered my credit score even though I completed an application through Ford Credit online just days before. They finally sold the car to me with the same terms I obtained online and presented to them in the beginning. What a total waste of time and energy! They just totally ruined the buying experience. I would go with Tesla next time. More
