Ordered a Ford Maverick in September, took longer to come in than originally thought, I waited 6 months but during that time everyone at Ford of Upland was very helpful from Joe the manager, Hakim, Frank, Al in than originally thought, I waited 6 months but during that time everyone at Ford of Upland was very helpful from Joe the manager, Hakim, Frank, Alex, Sammy, Steven & others I don’t know their names, in helping when my Kia lease was up, keeping me updated on when my truck could be ready, and letting me know the minute it was in, working with me in buying my Maverick. I would recommend Ford of Upland always, I have bought & leased many cars & trucks in my time but Ford of Upland has been the most pleasant, helpful dealership I have ever been at.
