Called and spoke to a young lady advised her of my problem and she put me on a brief hold. The call was then answered by Josh seemed like some young guy with little if any customer service experience problem and she put me on a brief hold. He advised the call was transferred to him. I asked if he was advised for the reason I was calling. At first he denied knowing why I was calling until he slip and proceeded to tell me the transmission tech was not available. I then advised him I had several recalls that also needed to be addressed. This clown began diagnosing my vehicle over the phone and had the nerve to tell me he was going to clear the recalls. I told him I would like to speak to his manager so he puts me on hold. About 10 min later he returns to the phone and tells me his manager is not available and that he will call me tomorrow. I then requested to speak to the GM once again he puts me on hold. After 15 min of waiting I hang up and call the front office and an operator named Gabby answered. I ask her to connect me to the GM and proceeded to put me on hold. Comes back on the line and transfers me to an extension clearly un associated with the GM. I call back again Gabby answered and puts me on indefinite hold. I call back and again Gabby would pick up and immediately place me on hold. I called back several times and the same action was taken. I called from a different phone and Gabby answered. Once I told her who I was she said she would connect me to the GM. She again placed me on indefinite hold. I hung up and Gabby began calling my phone and placing me on an immediate hold. Childish. What is wrong with this business is there no management supervising their employees. Your employees childish behavior is a direct reflection of your lack of supervision. Any employee who feels they can conduct themselves in manner clearly knows they will suffer no repercussion. Like More

After waiting 9 long months, we were FINALLY called to pick up our Mach E. It's beautiful, and the team at Ford of Upland was fantastic. They put up with us showing up once a month and bugging them for up pick up our Mach E. It's beautiful, and the team at Ford of Upland was fantastic. They put up with us showing up once a month and bugging them for updates with smiles and jokes. Taylor was an incredible resource and made the buying process seamless. We've also used their service department for our other Ford in previous visits. The advisors there are friendly and knowledgeable. They even hooked me up with a convertible Mustang as a rental while my car had recalls checked. Overall great people and always a pleasant experience. More
