Yes My experience was I made an appointment but my car didn't get seen for 3 days. Every time I would call I couldn't reach Lilian until I had to call fords normal line. There were no updates on my car un didn't get seen for 3 days. Every time I would call I couldn't reach Lilian until I had to call fords normal line. There were no updates on my car unless I called. I have 2 little kids and I didn't have my car for over a week! Updated phone calls of the progress would have made it better so I didn't have to keep calling to find out myself More

Sales was good. Finance was a struggle. Took in for the Eck- bond and they didn’t even clean the inside. Wonder if even done. Only out tire dressing on 3 tires. Finance was a struggle.
