broken promise on service Made an appointment to have my car repaired, showed up and was told that they were to busy. Service manager offered to run the test, but no repair. I stated that i had taken the day off for the service work. His answer"When you go to the doctor does not mean they will operate today" Today was 97 degrees and no air conditioning, I recently moved from San Diego and was looking for a great dealer for my service work, guess i'm still looking. PS I am also in the market for a new Ford, not gonna be here. First impressions last a long TIME. More
