The whole proce Just bought a F150 from Ford of Upland today. The process was quick and easy. They went above and beyond to meet all my requirements. The whole process only took a couple of hours. I have now purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and both experiences were very painless. Pricing was competitive with the other dealers and I never felt pressured. I will be recommending this dealership to friends and family. Thanks Ronnie & the rest of the staff at Ford of Upland! More

Plus, he really heard what I had to say about what features I wanted, the interior and exterior color, and helped with all possible financing options to best suit me. I ultimately left the lot, after four hours or so, with a new 2018 Ford Escape SE. I love it! Thank you Alex More

No, This Dealership Does NOT Treat Customers Like Family Buying a new vehicle can be a very stressful process. I know dealerships do their best at making sure that process is done with ease, all while making Buying a new vehicle can be a very stressful process. I know dealerships do their best at making sure that process is done with ease, all while making sure the customer is completely taken care of as well. Unfortunately, I was NOT one of those customers. My girlfriend and I originally came in on a Saturday morning with the intentions of trading in my Focus ST and purchasing a Focus RS (Which I did). The initial greeting went well, and staff appeared to be very friendly, but after that everything turned into a giant nightmare. To sum things up, I wasn't exactly satisfied with the trade offer I was given, and was about to leave the dealership since there were two other dealerships I wanted to visit in case things didn't work out at Ford of Upland (Villa Ford and Autonation Ford Tustin). My Focus ST was nicely modified by a Ford approved package (Mountune), as well as some cosmetic modifications, and I definitely didn't want to trade in my vehicle as-is (a lot of money was invested in the vehicle). I was originally told that I could have the parts taken off myself, and that's when I decided to leave to pursue my other options. However, I was stopped by sales manager Russell Schoenfeldt, who was going to speak to the used car manager about working something out. Russell came back and told us great news, that if I provided all the original (OEM) equipment (which I had), they (the dealership) would remove the parts on the Focus ST as an incentive to purchase the RS and make up for the loss on my trade in. I summed up what Russell told me just to make sure there wasn't anything lost in translation, and was assured that I would be getting all my parts back. In fact, everyone in the room (Eric, Austin, and Russell) were all very happy that we could come up with an agreement. The next morning, I delivered every OEM part to Ford of Upland. However, that agreement was far from met, and my experience has since been a stressful nightmare. As a customer, I held up my side of the agreement and purchased the RS through Ford of Upland. I patiently waited for the dealership to call me for when my parts were ready for pickup. That didn't happen. Days went by, so I decided to give the dealership a courtesy call on the matter. Ash, who was the person I spoke to on more occasions than one, didn't seem to have any knowledge on the situation. It was now over a week and no one was getting back to me, even after the calls. I knew something was wrong, so I decided to check out the dealership's website only to see the ST I traded in with all the parts still intact. I was furious, and immediately made calls to Russell about the situation. In fact, my girlfriend made calls first and was actually told, by Russell, that he didn't remember us. What!? I immediately called after that and explained that our agreement wasn't met and this wasn't okay. Russell assured me things would be taken care of and to give him time in sorting out the issue, so I did just that. Days continued to go by when finally I got a response back stating, "That was never the agreement." At this point, especially as a customer who fulfilled his side of the agreement, I felt extremely taken advantage of. One of the solutions I was given was to purchase my car back at its trade in value, to which I thought was absolutely ridiculous, especially since I rolled into a hefty new car loan for the RS. Finally, I refused to speak to Russell and went straight to one of the general managers, Josh Voth. Josh was informed on the matter, even before speaking to me, and explained to me that everything would be taken care of (not to speak to anyone else but him). Josh informed me that I wouldn't be getting the exhaust back, which at that point was okay so long as I got everything else back. I was told to give their service department time, which I agreed to. A week went by, and I received a call by Josh saying my parts were ready for pickup. I held off for the weekend since I have a busy schedule with work and school, and when I went to pick up the parts, a lot of them were missing. Also, all the original parts I provided were gone, so I asked Russell if I could speak to Josh, but was told Josh wasn't in and he would have him call me. I never received the call. As a result, I decided to fill out the survey I was given through email, rating them based on my experience and situation. A few days later, I received a call from Debbie who wanted to know more on the situation. I explained to her everything that happened, and was assured she would get back to me. Again, more days went by, so I decided to call her, only for her to tell me the Focus ST has been sold, with parts on it that I was supposed to get back. Yeah, talk about horrible customer service. In fact, I'm still waiting on a call (I guess it's a pattern there). Overall, I just cannot recommend Ford of Upland, not even a little bit. I hope no one is treated the same way I was. For a dealership whose motto claims to be about treating customers like family, I was treated in a way that was everything but that. p.s. The Focus RS was sold to me with an active recall, for which I had to take it in to another dealer once I found out the severity of the recall. Ford of Upland didn't have the parts to perform the recall, but Autonation Ford Tustin did, and unlike Ford of Upland, treated me with utmost respect. Autonation Ford Tustin is now my preferred dealership. More

My experiences with Josh and all the members of the sales creates an environment you would want to return to for your next vehicle. “Professionalism, Respect and Importance “ S. Ventura I’m sharing this review based in my personal experience with Ford Of Upland. From the very first moment we stepped into the dealership Benny the sales I’m sharing this review based in my personal experience with Ford Of Upland. From the very first moment we stepped into the dealership Benny the salesperson treated us very friendly and that gave us the confidence we needed to find what we’re looking for and to take the easy road ahead to buy our 2nd new vehicle thanks to Benny’s willingness towards helping us to make it possible. Once we found the vehicle and headed to the show room to start the dealings Russell Schoenfeldt did an amazing job helping us to get the payment we were looking for, the price, and the financial APR. All of this without loosing his patience and professionalism towards the importance of the customer satisfaction. I could make a real long review based on all the good things I have to say about Benny, Russell and Ford Of Upland, but in a few words. This dealer’ service is seriously amazing and would buy all my family’s cars to come from this dealership. More
