Very efficient and super fast service I have been a customer for 7 years. When I got my recall it was in AZ. I called the ford dealership in AZ and was told that they did not have the so I have been a customer for 7 years. When I got my recall it was in AZ. Ford of Upland Service is Awesome! Steve in the service department was great. He was courteous & friendly. He took time to listen to my concerns & upon completion explained all that was Steve in the service department was great. He was courteous & friendly. After experiencing poor customer service at some other local dealers and made to feel as though my business was not valued, my device writer Kim was a breath of fresh air. Truly personable and a regular human being; not some zombie behind a key board. She was explanatory in providing me information regarding work to be performed under a factory recall, as well as all services performed during my oil change. She was kind enough to keep me updated regarding time of completion, giving me advanced heads up, rather than letting my completed vehicle sit all afternoon. I’ll be happy to return in the future with my my truck, as well as my wife’s car. More
Disappointment This Time First, I didn't have extensive things done on my car this time and it turned out to be quite expensive-over 2,000 dollars. Then I brought in a part t First, I didn't have extensive things done on my car this time and it turned out to be quite expensive-over 2,000 dollars. Then I brought in a part that had fallen off and was told it just needed to be snapped back on. When the car was ready, the part was not on and could not be found. The service man I was working with said he would order another part and then charged me 60.00 for it after Ford lost it. I was also called about a price to do the work, but it was not clearly explained and wound up to be an additional thousand dollars. I'm very disappointed with the service I received and how it was all handled. I can't say I would recommend Ford of Upland to friends or family. The pricing has definitely increased. More
