Ford recall gone wrong and the dealer didn't do anything to make it right causing hundreds of $ in repair not covered. A recall repair was done at Vic Bailey because the tailgate of my 2019 Platinum F250 w to make it right causing hundreds of $ in repair not covered. A recall repair was done at Vic Bailey because the tailgate of my 2019 Platinum F250 would open by itself while driving, I did and weeks later the tailgate opened while towing a trailer damaging all electronics, rear camera and handle, I opened a case with Ford to resolve the issue and was told take the vehicle back to the dealer, I did and involved the service manager, Brad Clary who use the words"We'll make it right one way or the other" well never heard back from him, I called hime from a different number and and he answered after numerous phone calls and apologized profusely claiming he'll look into it, left the truck for a week and no calls after few vice mails I called and talked to a lady above him and I must have triggered something because I received a call from Ash his service advisor to let me know the mechanic had checked the truck and found nothing wrong and that they will leave the truck park outside. No new tailgate, no repairs done to it and no response or a call back from the so called Service manager either. I also called and left a vm for the sales manager in hopes that he would try to persuade the service dpt. into at least fix it so I could trade up but its been over a week and my calls have not been returned. I was happy with my Ford truck and usually trade every 2 years and this is the 2nd year so at this point I will reconsider owning another Ford since it seems as they are being pushed out the door due to demand and their quality control has diminished as I have had other issues with it. More

Just moved into the area from Florida and needed to have the oil changed. Arrived when the Quick Lane was just opening and Jacqueline, the Service Advisor, welcomed me and was pleasant and friendly.
